We followed David Brookings as he embarked on the journey of recoding a new album with his band, The Average Lookings. While this is David’s eighth studio album, it’s only his second with the band.

We started filming in September, 2018, and wrapped up filming in January, 2019. Countless hours were spent editing and crafting the right story to tell. We screened the film on Friday, April 19, at the album release show at The Art Boutiki in San Jose, CA. David Brookings & The Average Lookings gave us an incredible performance, and the documentary was very well received.
